Hard to upgrade the flavor rating on this one.

It was delicious -- don't get me wrong -- but it wasn't very shakshuka-flavored, felt more tomato soup-like than anything else.

Eggs cooked perfectly, and the accompaniments of fluffy pita and labneh made it a good combo.
