Dropped in for a Wednesday brunch in Bet Shemesh, and was surprised by the volume of eaters.

This was served in a disposable tin dish, which meant that it cooked pretty quickly, but had a good smoky flavor to the sauce. The eggs became pretty rubbery, which detracted from the enjoyment.

If there was nothing else on the menu, I'd order it again, but would be looking for something else next time.

Needs anything else? Came with not one, not two, but three kinds of breads, tahini and olives.
